I can safely say this is one of the most enjoyable projects I have ever done. The clients were fun and easy to work with. And, except for furniture and appliance delays, my construction timelines were on point!
I had just had foot surgery when I met them for the initial consultation, so I had a driver (my mom-she’s the best) take me to what was supposed to be a short meeting. Initially-all they wanted were some quick updates, flooring, paint and maybe countertops. Which, that was all done but that wasn’t it..
Almost 4 hours later, we were adding a bar, redoing all of the existing cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, adding a built-in media wall with storage, retiling all of the showers, building in closets in the bedrooms and getting new furniture! The storage space they gained was worth the remodel alone! It looks so bright, fresh, and organized.

Let’s start with the living room. The rug, the couch, the media wall- it’s perfection.
Next, the kitchen and dining room. Plus, the new bar that was added! Also, you can really see the new floor in the first before vs after set of pictures. So much lighter! You can’t go wrong with white cabinets and light wood floors. 😍
Onto the bathrooms– I only have a before picture of one but you get the idea- they look so much better!
Just an after of the laundry- the custom cabinets/ added storage is going to keep this room organized!
And to finish – the bedrooms. New furniture, flooring and paint.
