These homeowners are another repeat client of mine! About 10 years ago, we built their first lakeside home just right across the street from their current home. 🏘️ They discovered they really loved living at the lake, but they wanted something a bit bigger to fit their family for longer periods of time. ⌚ The new house they purchased has a layout that worked well for them, but the finishes were too dark for their liking. 👎
We did new paint, flooring, countertops, window treatments and furniture indoors and outdoors, plus new trex decking. All of these things really updated and lightened up the space to make it more their own. Now their family can enjoy a more spacious, updated home but still be lakeside. 🙌🏖️🌞
