This space started out as a dreary basement storage closet…but since these homeowners spent a lot of time downstairs in the summer (hey, it’s cooler down there!), they wanted to add a small kitchenette with laundry – so that’s just what we did. We finished off with vinyl plank flooring in this space as well as throughout the main living space. This little flip made SUCH a difference and I just love how charming the kitchenette is- such a fun color!
